Times like that you need to go ahead and call on your pistol to shoot the target. Learn to maximize that execution without compromising football security.

-Mr.MAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15377771.post-1155126917769382402006-08-09T08:35:00.000-04:002006-08-09T08:35:00.000-04:00Chris: I think some of the comments to your initi...Chris: I think some of the comments to your initial post strongly resemble the reaction to David Romer's paper on NFL decision-making on 4th down...(not yours, Zennie!)Ted Seayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01311385177075772697noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15377771.post-1153424741724415692006-07-20T15:45:00.000-04:002006-07-20T15:45:00.000-04:00Hi,Great, but the flaw I discussed before still ex...Hi,

Great, but the flaw I discussed before still exists. Let's take Dan Henning's quote regarding run-pass ratio being that a 60-run, 40-pass balance is best. The unanswered question is when do I run? If I start the game with an 80-pass, 20-run ratio, and then enter the second half (with a big lead), and go to a 30-pass, 70-run balance, at the end of the game, I've followed Dan's strategy...

Yet everyone will call my offense a passing offense.

See?Zenniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05815765335808809176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15377771.post-1153149786789349952006-07-17T11:23:00.000-04:002006-07-17T11:23:00.000-04:00Chris: You and Stephen King are the only people I...Chris: You and Stephen King are the only people I will happily wait years to read something new from.

;)

Seriously, outstanding posts.Ted Seayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01311385177075772697noreply@blogger.com
